In Language Arts, we have really worked on the basics of writing (2 finger spaces between each word, uppercase at the beginning of sentences, everything else lowercase, a punctuation mark at the end). Have your child keep working on their sight words!
In Math, we have been working in centers. We have also learned some basic addition—using dice, dominoes, counters, cards. One of the things I am starting to “crack down on” is number writing. Challenge your child to do some addition or number writing for you!
